C25K™ - 5K Trainer

Program C25K ™ - 5K Trainer is designed for jogging or race walking. It helps you become a couch potato distance runner for 8 weeks. The program allows you to enhance your ability to interleave means walking and running three times a week. During a workout, you can listen to your music directly from the program. You can control the music by means of a headset. The presence of audio alerts will stick to the plan and inform about the beginning of the warm-up, walking and running. Can be shared with Nike and GPS. The integration of Facebook and Twitter will communicate with other runners. C25K ™ - 5K Trainer works even when locked Android device.
